CrossFit Programming? Start with the High/Low model

Programming for an affiliate can be a tricky thing. Especially when you are trying to balance out competitors with your average joes and soccer moms. One way I found makes it a bit easier is the High/Low model. In this model we start out with keeping the volume high on Mondays. Tuesday would be a low volume day. With this model Monday, Wednesday, and Friday would be higher volume, while Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday are lower volume days.
