10 Years of Coaching Experience

My name is Alex Wollschleger and I am a strength and conditioning coach. I mainly train athletes and general population clients out of my gym Tripoint Athletics in Ohio. I have been training people for 10 years now and have worked with a wide array of clients from high school and college athletes to 65 year old clients looking to keep their strength. My mission is to provide the best possible coaching and programming while keeping you accountable. I provide distance programming and coaching online as well as in person. I was a leader on the court and in the weight room. The best part of all of it, Alex does a great job of getting to know you on a personal level. It gave me more confidence because I knew he cared about me as a person. He cared about my goals and what I wanted to achieve. Who can say their trainer drove over 3 hours to come watch their game. Alex Wollschleger is a great role model and anyone would be lucky to have him as their trainer."
