10 Years of Coaching Experience
My name is Alex Wollschleger and I am a strength and conditioning coach. I mainly train athletes and general population clients out of my gym Tripoint Athletics in Ohio. I have been training people for 10 years now and have worked with a wide array of clients from high school and college athletes to 65 year old clients looking to keep their strength. My mission is to provide the best possible coaching and programming while keeping you accountable. I provide distance programming and coaching online as well as in person.
